This is our point of first contact to discuss your health and fitness goals, and for you to ask me any questions you have. If you feel you would benefit from my services I will give you intake forms to fill out and we will further discuss your programming.

After our initial intake session I will design a program tailored for your needs and goals.
When we meet again I will take you through your personalized program making sure that your technique is correct and that you understand the exercises fully. At the end of the session you will leave feeling energized and motivated!
I am offering the following packages to meet your scheduling needs:
One hour session.
*Please note for the one hour session package there will be a one time program design fee of $30.00*
A series of 6 one hour sessions ($65.00/Session,) where we will progress through your program to help you reach your goals. (Flexible scheduling available.)
*6 Session packages will expire 8 weeks after purchase.
A series of 8 one hour sessions ($60.00/session,) where we will progress through your program to help you reach your goals. (Flexible scheduling available.)
*Packages have an expiry date dependant upon frequency of training. 8 Session package will expire 10 weeks after purchase.
This service is the same as my one on one session but with a friend! I will meet with both of you and I will come up with a plan that suits both of your goals.
Want to work out but are having trouble with logistics? I will design a personalized 4 week program for you that you can do at home.
We will meet for an intake session and from there I will design a workout you can do at home to help you reach your goals.
This package includes intake session, 4 week home program design and 1 training session to take you through the program.
This is a great package if you want to get into a routine at home but are having trouble getting started!
